• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made to clients.
• Maintain customer sales transaction report.
• Keeping update on delivery status / proof , invoice to support sales team.
• Handle customer queries.
• Should have effective negotiation and administration ability.
• Up selling / cross selling products.
• Cold Calling, Business Development and Lead Generation via Phone, Email and Web.
• Knowledge of courier services is an additional advantage.
