Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Rental Booking

A rental enquiry or quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking becomes confirmed only after the required rental terms, equipment availability and applicable payment or documentation requirements have been completed.

2. Cancellation Before Delivery

Customers who wish to cancel a confirmed rental booking should contact LaptopRent.in as soon as possible.

Any refund for a cancellation before delivery will depend on the booking terms, preparation already completed, equipment allocation, delivery arrangements and other applicable costs.

3. Cancellation After Delivery

Once rental equipment has been delivered or collected by the customer, cancellation and refund eligibility may be limited.

Rental charges for the period during which the equipment was made available to or used by the customer may not be refundable, subject to the agreed rental terms.

4. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered where applicable based on the circumstances of the cancellation, payment received and agreed rental terms.

Refunds will generally be processed only after any applicable deductions, outstanding rental charges, damage charges, late-return charges or other payable amounts have been determined.

5. Security Deposit Refund

Where a security deposit has been collected, it may be refundable after the rented equipment has been returned and inspected.

The security deposit may be adjusted against applicable charges arising from damage, loss, missing accessories, late return, misuse or other amounts payable under the rental agreement.

6. Damage or Missing Equipment

No refund will be processed for amounts that are legitimately payable by the customer due to damage, loss, theft, misuse or missing equipment or accessories, subject to the agreed rental terms.

7. Equipment Unavailability

If LaptopRent.in is unable to provide the confirmed equipment due to circumstances within our control, we may offer an alternative equipment option or refund the applicable amount received for the unavailable rental, as appropriate.

8. Duplicate or Excess Payment

If a customer makes a duplicate or excess payment, the additional amount may be refunded after verification of the transaction.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider, bank or financial institution involved.

10. Non-Refundable Charges

Certain charges may be non-refundable where they have already been incurred or provided, including applicable delivery, pickup, installation, service, preparation or other charges, depending on the rental agreement.

11. Late Return

Equipment returned after the agreed rental period may be subject to additional rental or late-return charges according to the applicable rental agreement.

Customers should contact LaptopRent.in in advance if they require an extension of the rental period.

12. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our team with the relevant rental or payment details.

13. Policy Changes

LaptopRent.in reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
