At LaptopRent.in, we provide delivery and pickup services for laptops, desktops, computers, printers, projectors and other IT equipment rented by our customers. This policy explains our general delivery, pickup and transportation procedures.
LaptopRent.in may provide delivery of rented IT equipment to the customer's office, business premises, event venue, training center or other agreed location.
Delivery availability depends on the customer's location, equipment availability, quantity and rental requirements.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, contact person name and valid contact number at the time of booking.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and that an authorized person is available to receive the equipment.
Delivery and pickup charges, if applicable, will depend on the location, quantity of equipment, distance and rental arrangement.
Any applicable delivery or transportation charges will be communicated to the customer before confirmation of the rental.
Delivery timing will be mutually agreed upon based on the rental requirement and operational availability.
Delivery schedules may be affected by traffic, weather, public holidays, operational conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For corporate, event, exhibition, training or bulk rental requirements, delivery arrangements may be planned in advance according to the quantity of equipment and customer requirements.
Customers requiring bulk delivery should provide the required delivery schedule and location details in advance.
Customers are advised to inspect the equipment and accessories at the time of delivery or immediately after receiving them.
Any visible damage, missing accessories or delivery-related issue should be reported to LaptopRent.in as soon as reasonably possible.
At the end of the rental period, equipment may be collected from the agreed location or returned according to the applicable rental arrangement.
All equipment, chargers, cables, bags and other accessories supplied with the rental should be returned along with the equipment.
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer or authorized representative is unavailable, the address is incorrect, access is unavailable or other customer-related circumstances prevent delivery, an additional delivery attempt or applicable charges may apply.
While we make reasonable efforts to deliver equipment within the agreed schedule, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, technical issues, logistics, public holidays, force majeure or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once the equipment has been delivered and accepted by the customer, the customer is responsible for taking reasonable care of the equipment until it is returned or collected.
For conferences, exhibitions, training programs and other events, delivery and pickup arrangements may be coordinated according to venue access timings and event schedules.
Customers should provide accurate venue details and designated contact information before delivery.
Any change to the delivery address, delivery date, contact person or delivery schedule should be communicated to LaptopRent.in as early as possible.
Changes may be subject to equipment availability, logistics and additional delivery charges where applicable.
